We are pleased that you are interested in our website. The trust of all visitors and customers, the security of your data and the protection of your privacy are of central importance to us. Your personal data (personal data is information that can be used to find out your identity) will therefore be treated by us in accordance with the applicable statutory data protection regulations and this data protection declaration. The legal basis for data protection can be found in the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the Telemedia Act (TMG). Responsible for content according to § 10 paragraph 3 MDStV: Eva Hoernisch (address as above).
This data protection declaration informs users about the type, scope and purpose of the collection and use of personal data by the responsible provider (details as above).
By using our website, you agree to the collection, processing and use of data as described below. Our website can generally be visited without registration. Data such as the pages called up or the name of the file called up, the date and time are stored on the server for statistical purposes, without this data being directly related to your person. Personal data, in particular name, address or e-mail address, are collected on a voluntary basis as far as possible. The data will not be passed on to third parties without your consent. As you probably know, data transmission on the Internet (e.g. when communicating by e-mail) can have security gaps. A complete protection of the data against access by third parties is not possible.
Data is collected and stored for the purpose of processing the request and in the event that follow-up questions arise when you send emails to me.

The contact details can be found below.
So that a blocking of data can be taken into account at any time, this data must be kept in a blocking file for control purposes. You can also request the deletion of the data, provided there is no legal archiving obligation. If there is such an obligation, we will block your data on request. You can make changes or revoke your consent by notifying us with effect for the future.

SERVER LOG FILES
Our website does not set server-log-files.
This site uses SSL encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as requests that you send to us as the site operator. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from “http://” to “https://” and by the lock symbol in your browser line. If SSL encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.
USING SCRIPT LIBRARIES (ADOBE® FONTS)
In order to display our content correctly and graphically appealing across browsers, we use script libraries and font libraries such as Adobe Fonts. If the browser does not support Adobe Fonts or prevents access, content will be displayed in a standard font.
Calling up script libraries or font libraries automatically triggers a connection to the operator of the library. It is theoretically possible – although it is currently unclear whether and, if so, for what purposes – that operators of such libraries collect data.
We reserve the right to occasionally adapt this data protection declaration so that it always corresponds to the current legal requirements or to implement changes to our services in the data protection declaration, e.g. when introducing new services. The new data protection declaration will then apply to your next visit.
